You are able to update the Primary Email Address associated with your account at any time. The Primary Email Address will be your recovery email address in case you forget your password and it will be our main way of contacting you. It will also be where you receive Advanced Role Notifications and CMail notifications.
How to Change Your Primary Email
1) First, go to MY Tools and select Contact Information from the drop down menu.
2) From here, you may change your primary email under the Primary Email Address box. Make sure to click on the Save button once you are finished. Then you should receive a confirmation email to the new email address you have provided for security purposes. Until you confirm your new Primary Email Address, your old Primary Email Address will still be in use.
Please note: If you would like, you can also add an Alternative Email Address as a backup. This email address will only be used to receive CMail notifications.
