If you need to make a change to the sides for roles you have posted to Showfax and Sides Express or add more roles or callback sides, they can be added and updated at any time.

New Roles
If you would like to add sides for new roles to your project, send us an email with the files for the new roles attached. Include the project information in the body of your email so that we can find the existing page on Showfax and Sides Express to add the sides to.
Revisions
If you have previously sent us sides for a role and want to replace them with newer sides for the same role, indicate in the body of your email that these are revised sides.
Don’t worry if you forget to let us know, any role that matches a role already posted will automatically replace the previous material and be marked as a revision.
Additional Sides
If you have previously sent us sides for a role and want us to attach additional pages to the sides we already have, please indicate in the body of your email that these are additional sides to be added onto the existing pages.
If you do not let us know, the new file will likely be uploaded as a revision and replace the old material.
The additional pages you send us will be added to the previous pages for the role. The combined PDF file will then be uploaded as a revision to the existing role on Showfax and Sides Express so that all the material is available in one download.
Don’t worry if you forget to let us know, we can always fix the file to include previous material along with the new material if you need us to.
Callbacks
Label any callback sides either in the body of your email or on the attachment itself. These will be listed as a new role and not a revision to the original role.
When sides are revised, Actors who downloaded the file previously on Showfax are sent an automated email with the new material attached, this is so that they are not charged to download the material again.
Since there is no charge for Talent Representatives on Breakdown Express to download sides, they will need to download the material again. In this case, the role will have a REV note with the date it was revised next to it in red.
If you would like us to replace sides but do not want them to be marked revised or you do not want Actors who have previously downloaded the sides to receive an automated revision email, please let us know in the body of your email and we will accommodate your request.
