A link to each of your Clients’ profiles can be shared through email and/or social media.


Email A Specific Client’s Profile Via Breakdown Services


1) Log in to your Breakdown Express Account.

        

2) Go to Clients > Manage Clients.


3) Click on the Client’s name.


4)  From the Client’s Profile, Click Email.



5) Enter the email address of the recipient (separate multiple emails with commas) in the Email Recipients field.



6) Edit the Email Subject (optional).



7) Enter your message in the Email Note field.



8) Check Send this Photo under each photo you would like to send.



9) Check the boxes next to the Performance Media clips you would like to send.



10) If you would like to receive a confirmation email, check the box next to E-mail me a receipt confirming that this e-mail was sent.



11) Click Send Email.



Email Multiple Clients’ Profiles Via Breakdown Services


To send multiple Client Profiles in the same email, follow these steps:


1) Log in to your Breakdown Express Account.

        

2) Go to Clients > Manage Clients.



3) Check the box next to the name of each Client that you want to select.



4) Click the dropdown arrow next to With Selected, then click Send Actor Profiles via Email



5) Click Select Media, to choose which photos and/or performance media will be sent with each Actor’s profile.



6) Check the Send this Photo box next to each photo you want to include under Step 1.


Check Default under the photo you would like to appear in the preview thumbnail. 



7) Check the box next to each performance media clip you would like to include under Step 2.



8) Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Add to Email.



9) Once you have selected the photos and performance media for each Actor, click Add Recipients.



10) Enter the email address of the recipient (separate multiple emails with commas) in the Email Recipients field.



11) Edit the Email Subject (optional).



12) Enter your message in the Email Note field.



13) If you would like to receive a confirmation email, check the box next to E-mail me a receipt confirming that this e-mail was sent.



14) Click Send Email.



What The Email Recipient Sees


If you send a single client’s profile, or multiple clients’ profiles through Pitch & Email, the email recipient(s)  will need to click the link at the top of the email they receive.



Then they will need to click the thumbnail photo of the Actor they wish to view.



Once the recipient clicks the thumbnail photo, they will be able to view your Client’s resume, and only the photos and performance media clips that you have selected.



If you selected E-mail me a receipt confirming that this e-mail was sentyou will receive a confirmation message sent to the email associated with your Breakdown Express account.



Send Profile Link Outside Of Breakdown Services


To email or distribute your Client’s Profile, using methods outside of your Breakdown Services account, follow these steps: 


1) Log in to your Breakdown Express Account.

        

2) Go to Clients Manage Clients.


3) Click on the Client’s name.


4)  Click Pitch & Email.



5) Select the link address under the Pitch & Email  tab, and then copy it.



6) Paste the link into: 

  • An email message (through your email account)

  • A Social media post

  • A page on your company website



When someone clicks the link, they will see your Client’s FULL Profile, including their resume, all photos, and all performance media clips.   



Deactivate Your Client’s Profile Link


Once profile links have been sent through email or posted to social media, they may be picked up by public search engines, such as Google. If you or your Client do not want their custom link to be publicly searchable, you can deactivate the link.


If your Client wants to deactivate the custom link to their Actors Access Profile, they should contact Actors Access directly for assistance.


1) Log in to your Breakdown Express Account.

        

2) Go to Clients Manage Clients.


3) Click on the Client’s name.


4)  Click Pitch & Email.



5) Click Deactivate Link



The webpage will no longer be accessible.



You may re-enable the link in the future, by unchecking Deactivate Link.
