You are able to create a presentation, visible to any collaborators (depending on their level of access to the project).

How to Create a new Presentation


1.) First, log-in to your account at 

2.) Navigate to the project you are looking to create a presentation for as described by How to Filter and View Auditions

3.) Click into the desired role. 

4.) Then by selecting the checkbox next to an actor's name or “select all,” you are able to determine which actors you wanted to include in the presentation.

5.) Once you have selected all the actors you wish to use, click “New Presentation from Selected,” under the clear filters option.
