In order for an actor to be added to a Talent Rep's roster, the actor *MUST* do it through their Actors Access account using the Manage Representation section.
Should you encounter questions as to why this must occur, here is the approve wording to explain:
"In order to comply with privacy law in the United States and elsewhere in the world, and to help you make the most of the services that Breakdown provides, we need the actor to identify his or her representative and to authorize us to share the actor's personal data with the rep. This benefits both the actor and the rep because the rep will have authorized access to the actor's pictures, resume, complete profile and video history. At the same time, our policy is meant to protect the privacy of the actor and to comply with the applicable law. "
